As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing information received via different channels and resolving inconsistencies. You will ensure a high level of data integrity and quality by working together with Salesforce administrators and functional managers. Discovering and logging requirements to create and launch CRM solutions.

What You’ll be Doing
• Connect on a regular basis with the clients over the course of each project to collect functional and business requirements and then scope them and prioritize them accordingly
• Map functional needs in relevance to the Salesforce features
• Create training materials for the purpose of teaching new users on Salesforce and other apps
• Find and log requirements to test, launch and devise CRM solutions
• Analyze information from disparate sources, resolve inconsistencies and simplify high-level and complex information into low-level details
• Take a lead over integrity and data quality of the platform applications by working alongside functional managers and Salesforce admins
• Configure profile roles creation and maintenance, users, custom and formula fields, assignment/auto-response/critical issue, workflows & approvals, and process builder page layouts, validation rules, and list views
• Help in testing cycles including regression, UAT, and system testing, support in the creation of training materials, and help with project management tasks like scheduling, invoicing, and updates

What You’ll Bring in This Role
• Showcase your ability as a Salesforce app builder (at least 2 years experience) or as a Salesforce administrator
• Minimum 2 years of working as a business analyst
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions from beginning to the end consisting of tasks such as creating business requirements and formal documentation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (at least 12 years work experience), for candidates with an associate degree, the experience required is a minimum of 6 years
• Experience in the sandbox and working in production environments to lead the distribution of process changes or system functionality will be advantageous in this job role
