They have a workforce of more than 80,000+ people in multiple countries. They are looking to increase their market share and gain more clients, so they seek to hire a Salesforce Solutions Architect who will help them grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting strategic goals for Sales, Marketing and Service suitable
integrated with back office systems
• Ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines and frameworks for
driving design and development of Salesforce solutions
• Balancing user experience, development effort, supportability, data
integrity and security requirements
• Collaborating closely with the head of enterprise architecture and other
senior stakeholders
• Providing leadership and guidance to Salesforce technical and functional
team members
• Taking care of design and architectural outputs of Salesforce solutions
• Acting as an escalation point within the Customer Management systems
team
• Recommending solutions to business challenges
• Collaborating closely with sales leaders to influence the Customer
Management systems roadmap
• Implementing changes and driving forward the technology and the team
for exploiting in-house Salesforce platform capability
• Building trusted relationships with suppliers such as Salesforce
Requirements
• Solid experience in a Salesforce Architect
• Prior experience in handling enterprise scale projects
• Delivering a significant number of solutions with Salesforce products
• Significant knowledge of Salesforce product areas that includes Sales
Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Partner Portal
• Knowledge of Identity Management
• Taking care of Architecture implementation with internal teams and
partners
• Prior managing or leading technical teams throughout design and
delivery of Salesforce solutions
• Experience in Service, e-Contracts, Data Validation and Cleansing
• Passionate about Agile and DevOps delivery frameworks
