Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management system of distance learning programs, which is used by both the students and the administration of the university. Your role will cover the following:
• Develop new proficiencies at every stage of the life cycle of the product, while delivering value through an agile procedure
• Assess the requirements of each feature, collecting detailed requirement shared by the stakeholders, and working with the IT division to translate those requirements into useful information for the development team
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the features meet desired goals
• Identify all possible requirement errors and work towards identifying a feasible solution
• Propose a solution-oriented way to characterize your style of working
• Develop successful associations with key partners and affiliates of the group
Qualifications
• 3 - 5 years of experience in product/project management or business analyst role
• Experience with Salesforce integrated applications
• Experience with CRM and associated applications’ integration
• Adept in all project management phases
• Expertise in working in harmony with other teams
• Experience in working on agile methods / SCRUM
