They currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a passionate and expert Salesforce Solution Lead to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
• Building a team of functional experts and business analysts to deliver high-quality results for clients
• Understanding market-leading technology and developing informed insights
• Conducting solution design reviews using project experience to
identify issues
• Translating business requirements into product-level solution options
• Handling system integrator relationship management
• Taking care of quality assurance during implementation
• Implementing technical standards and governance
Requirements
• Over 3 years’ experience in SFDC Service Cloud
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and/or Commerce Cloud, ideally in the
retail industry
• Proven experience in gathering requirements
• Experience using Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum and tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in the UK with no visa requirements
• Ready to travel regularly
• Ready to spend 4 days on-site initially
• Must be authorized to work in the EU
