Responsibilities
• Work in continuous user support
• Act as a professional contact person for colleagues in Germany
• Answer all questions pertaining to the context of Sales and Service Cloud
• Support your colleagues in the development of processes in the area of sales and customer service
• Create, analyze reports, evaluations and process documentation
• Preparation and execution of Salesforce user training for teams
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, IT and external partners
Qualifications
• Degree in business administration, computer science or equivalent education
• Practical experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility
• Knowledge in the administration and use of databases
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce desirable
• Solid analytical and communicative skills
• High quality awareness and attention to detail as well
• Problem-solving skills
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Very good German and English skills
